Frozen açai puree is available in the freezer section of most supermarkets. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed ice |
1/2 cup fresh blackberries |
1/2 cup fresh blueberries |
1/2 cup fresh raspberries |
1/4 cup pomegranate juice |
3 tablespoons frozen açai puree |
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
