I have not tried this smoothie. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this in Nestle Very Best Kids leaflet. Ingredients:
3/4 cup nonfat milk or 3/4 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries |
1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 ounce strawberry instant breakfast drink (1 packet nestle's no-sugar strawberry sensation complete nutritional drink preferred) |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. 2. Serve topped with fresh berries, if desired. |
