Ingredients:
7 g protein powder |
1/2 cup strawberry |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/3 teaspoon olive oil |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients and ice cubes to a blender and blend at high speed. 2. Stop when mixture is creamy and smooth. 3. Add a little water if resulting drink is too thick. 4. Drink cold. |
