Basic bean salad with at least two kinds of beans and a light olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Ingredients:
1 cup garbanzo beans
1 cup red kidney beans
1 stalk celery
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Adjust seasonings to suit.
