Quick filling mixed bean salad, great as a side dish or as a main for vegetarians
Ingredients:
425 g garbanzo beans
425 g kidney beans
1 cup onion
1 cup cilantro
4 garlic cloves
1 black pepper
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. open cans
2. cuts onions and cilantro
3. mixed in a bowl
4. add salsa, lemon juice and black pepper
5. place in fridge to chill
6. serve!
