Family favorite. Ingredients:
14 ounces green beans, cut |
14 ounces yellow beans, cut |
19 ounces red kidney beans |
19 ounces chickpeas |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup sugar |
2/3 cup white wine vinegar |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 teaspoon dried dill weed |
Directions:
1. Drain beans and rinse with cold water. 2. Combine in a large bowl and add celery, onion, and green pepper. Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well. 3. Pour over vegetables, mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary. 4. Refrigerate before servings. 5. Will keep several days in the refrigerator. |
