Mixed Bean and Chorizo Cassoulet |

Ingredients:
100g chorizo small cubes |
1 small tin of each butter bean, borlotti bean |
1 leek fine slice |
2 cloves garlic fine chopped |
400ml passata |
200ml chicken stock |
1tsp brown sugar |
pinch chilli flakes |
Directions:
1. Add the Chorizo to a cold Casserole dish and put on a low heat. Fry for 5-10mins for it to release its oils. Add the Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Leek and sugar, fry for 5 mins. Drain the beans and add them with the passata and stock. Put into an oven and cook for an hour at 180c |
