4 cup(s) red potatoes cut into 1 pieces, salt |
1/3 cup(s) blue cheese crumbled |
2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot over high heat in salted water to cover. Cook just until tender, 18-20 minutes; drain. 2. Toss potatoes with blue cheese, butter, parsley, and pepper. |
