Ingredients:
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 carton sour cream
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
salt and black pepper
3/4 cup ritz cracker crumbs
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish Top with cracker crumbs Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
