Best of The Best from Missouri cookbook. This will be good for your weekend get-togethers or holiday dinners. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained well |
1 (7 oz) can crab meat, drained |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
crackers |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter. 2. Stir in spinach, crab meat and cheese. 3. Heat through. 4. Serve in a chafing dish with crackers. 5. Makes 3 1/2 cups. |
