I love this frosting. I sometime put it on the cream cheese pound cake. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. whisk in milk, cocoa, and vanilla. 2. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. 3. Remove from heat. Whisk in confectioners' sugar until smooth. 4. Frost your cake or cookies. 5. makes 1 1/2 cups |
