Ingredients:
1 cup margarine, softened |
2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup cocoa (for cake) |
1 dash salt |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
miniature marshmallow |
1 lb powdered sugar |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/4 cup margarine, softened |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease/flour a 13 x 9 cake pan. 2. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and mix well. 3. Sift dry ingredients together and add to batter. 4. Stir in nuts and vanilla. 5. Pour into prepared pan. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. 7. Immediately after removing from oven, pour 1 small bag of miniature marshmallows evenly over cake and mash down. 8. Beat the frosting ingredients together and spread over marshmallows. |
