Trust me this recipe does not have mud in it. It gives 2 different pan sizes and bake time I listed the one for size 9 x 13's bake time. Ingredients:
2 c. sugar |
1/3 c. cocoa |
3 sticks margarine or butter |
4 eggs |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 1/2 c. flour |
1 1/3 c. coconut (1 can) |
1 1/2 c. pecans |
1 jar marshmallow cream |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar, butter and cocoa. 2. Add eggs and vanilla. 3. Mix well. 4. Add flour, mix them, add coconut, pecans. 5. Bake in 9 x 15 (30 minutes or 9 x 13 (40) minutes at 350 degrees. 6. When done spread marshmallow cream on hot cake. 7. ===================================================== 8. Cool then frost with: 9. 1 box powdered sugar 10. 1 tsp. vanilla 11. 1/3 c. cocoa 12. 1 stick butter (oleo) soft 13. 1/2 c. canned milk 14. Mix and spread on cooled cake. |
