Messy but good. Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup baking cocoa |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cup self rising flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup shredded coconut-optional |
1 7oz jar marshmallow creme |
icing |
4 cups confectioners sugar |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup baking cocoa |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and flour one 9 x 13 x 2 pan. 3. In a large mixing bowl,cream sugar and butter until fluffy. 4. Add eggs one at a time,mix well after each addition. 5. Add vanilla. 6. Sift together flour and cocoa and add to butter mixture. 7. Fold in pecans and coconut. 8. Spread batter into prepared pan. 9. Bake 30 minutes. 10. While still hot,spread on marshmallow creme. 11. Mix icing ingredients and pour over top. 12. Serve warm or cooled. |
