Smooth and great! Ingredients:
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
8 ounces sour cream |
8 ounces cream-style corn |
1/2 cup oil |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan or baking dish. 2. bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until done. |
