1 can black-eyed peas, drained |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup salad oil |
1 small onion, chopped finely |
tabasco sauce or chopped red or green hot pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix and marinate at least 8 hrs. 2. Serve with snack crackers. |
