Ingredients:
2 pound(s) tuna steaks bolied til flaky |
1/2 cup(s) mayonaise |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
2 tablespoon(s) liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Boil Tuna steaks in water til flaky when pulled apart with a fork 2. Drain the Tuna well 3. Flake Tuna with a fork 4. Add lemon juice and salt 5. Add enough Maynonaise to get to the consistency that you would like for spreading on a cracker. 6. Add liquid smoke a little at a time, tasting after each addition. 7. Keep refrigerated for up to one week. |
