Easy and delicious fudge pie spiked with a little Jack Daniel's whiskey. Ingredients:
1/4c butter |
11/2c sugar |
3tbs unsweetened natural cocoa powder |
2 lg. eggs,beaten |
1/2c evaporated milk |
1tbs jack daniel's tennessee whiskey |
1(9 ) graham-cracker piecrust |
garnish:sweetened whiskey-spiked whipped cream and additional cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a saucepan,melt butter over med. heat. Remove from heat 3. Add sugar and cocoa powder,stirring to combine. Add eggs,evaporated milk and whiskey. Pour into prepared pan. 4. bake for 40 mins. or till set. Let cool completely. 5. Chill and serve. Garnish slices with a dollop of whipped cream sweetened with sugar and a little Jack Daniel's whiskey. Sprinkle cream with a dusting of cocoa powder. |
