3 cup(s) sweet potatoes cubed |
1/2 cup(s) granulated splenda |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) eggbeaters |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 cup(s) brown sugar (splenda) |
1/3 cup(s) butter melted |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) pecans chopped |
Directions:
1. Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in Sugar, butter, beaters, vanilla and milk. Put in 13X9 baking dish. 2. Topping: 3. Mix ingredients. 4. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture 5. Bake 25 min. at 350 Degrees |
