From McClellanville Coast Seafood cookbook.-Judith Fortner Ingredients:
1 bell pepper, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 cups rice, cooked |
3 cups shrimp, boiled |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can milk |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Saute vegetables. Mix with rice, cooked shrimp, soup, and milk. Put in a casserole dish. sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
