Very easy recipe I acquired from a friends mother. Ingredients:
12 ounces chocolate chips |
12 ounces unsalted peanuts (or any other unsalted nuts you choose) |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in a pan over low heat. (you can also use a double boiler or microwave). 2. Once chocolate has completely melted add nuts. 3. Spoon out (heaping tablespoon amount) onto waxed paper. 4. Let cool completely. 5. May want to keep refrigerated. |
