This recipe goes with Lobster and Hearts of Palm Salad Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons white miso |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon chopped dried lemon grass |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup grapeseed oil, or olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well with a whisk. Whisk in olive oil and grapeseed oil. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. |
