6 cups water |
1 tablespoon bonito-flavored soup stock |
1/4 cup white miso (soybean paste) |
1/2 cup cubed firm tofu (about 3 ounces) |
1/3 cup sliced green onions |
Directions:
1. Combine water and soup stock in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add miso, and cook until miso is blended, stirring constantly. Ladle soup into bowls, and sprinkle evenly with tofu and green onions. |
