Adapted from feistybento's blog. I really want to make these, so I'm putting it here for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 lb button mushroom |
1 tablespoon white miso |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Slice the button mushrooms. 2. Heat a skillet over low heat and add butter, allowing to brown slightly. 3. Add the miso and stir. Then add all of the mushrooms and stir-stir-stir. 4. After a the mushrooms give off their water, which will help melt down the miso further, stir well and serve. |
