188 g chicken breast |
3/4 g miso paste |
1/2 tbsp mirin |
1/2 tbsp rice wine |
1 tsp soya sauce |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken in a bowl with miso, mirin, rice wine and soya sauce. Leave in fridge for a day. 2. In a pan, heat up the olive oil and pan fry the chicken breast. Cook one side for approximately 8 minutes, or till it becomes brown, then flip over and cook the other side. |
