1/3 cup white vinegar |
1/3 cup miso |
1 tablespoon chopped garlic |
1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cups canola oil |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and vinegar, set aside. 2. Puree garlic and ginger in blender. 3. Add Miso. 4. Slowly add oil while blending. 5. Add sugar and vinegar mixture. 6. Blend until incorporated. 7. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. |
