1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons white miso |
1 tablespoon tahini |
2 teaspoons rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon mirin or 1 teaspoon sweet sherry |
1 lb salmon fillet |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, miso, tahini, vinegar, and mirin. 3. Spread miso mixture evenly over surface of salmon. bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. |
