Miracle Low-Fat Chicken Salad

This chicken salad combines grilled, shredded chicken breasts with chopped apple, celery, red sweet pepper, Miracle Whip salad dressing and barbecue sauce. I love chicken salad and I found this and had to save it here.
Ingredients:
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 granny smith apple, peeled and chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
6 -8 tablespoons fat-free miracle whip
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Combine chopped vegetables and apple in medium bowl.
2. Fill the bowl with cold water; set aside in fridge.
3. Grill chicken (A George Foreman Grill works great.)
4. Shred chicken with a fork and knife.
5. Drain off water well from the apple and vegetable mixture.
6. Combine chicken and apple-vegetable mixture in a large bowl.
7. Fold in Miracle Whip and BBQ sauce.
8. Mix until everything is coated.
