A custard that makes it's own crust. Ingredients:
2 c can milk |
1/2 c sugar |
1/2 c margarine, cut up |
1/4 t salt |
4 eggs |
1/2 c all-purpose flour |
2 t vanilla |
nutmeg, sprinkle |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. 2. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a blender and blend well. 3. Pour into a greased 9” pie plate 4. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until golden. 6. Makes 8 servings. 7. Note: this pie makes its’ own crust. 8. Can add: 1 c flaked coconut, if desired |
