A minty taste.
Ingredients:
150 g plain yogurt or 150 g citrus-flavoured yoghurt
1/2 lemon juice
1 sprig mint
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg yolk
1 scoop lemon sorbet (use an ice-cream scoop)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until mixture is smooth or frothy.
2. Serve immediately.
