Gives anything a nice little kick. Particularly good with Chaat Masala. Ingredients:
1 onion, quartered |
2 fresh green chile peppers |
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend the onion, green chile peppers, mint, lemon juice, and salt together in a blender until smooth. |
