This is a great recipe from an estate sale I purchased in DeSoto, Texas in 1991. I have made this on several occasions and it is good and very refreshing. Enjoy Ingredients:
9” chocolate pie shell |
1/4 cup milk |
7 ounces marshmallow cream |
1/4 cup crème de menthe |
1/4 cup crème de cacao |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
3 cups vanilla ice cream softened |
chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine milk and marshmallow cream in a glass bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. 2. Stir in crème de menthe, crème de cacao and whipped topping then stir until blended. 3. Spread ice cream along the bottom of pie shell followed by milk mixture. 4. Chill overnight then drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving. |
