I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup water
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
4 3/4 cups nonfat milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 stick sugar-free peppermint candy (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine sugar substitute and cocoa in a medium saucepan; stir well. Add water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in coffee granules. Gradually add milk, stirring well. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring often.
2. Remove from heat, and stir in peppermint extract. Beat with a wire whisk until foamy. Serve warm. Garnish with a sugar-free peppermint stick, if desired.
