This is light and refreshing on a hot day.
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, raw
1 cup water
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1/2 cup grapes, white (green)
8 mint sprigs, fresh (or to taste)
3 -4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. 1. Add spinach and water to blender. Puree. Add the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy.
