This is light and refreshing on a hot day. Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, raw |
1 cup water |
1/2 cucumber, peeled |
1/2 cup grapes, white (green) |
8 mint sprigs, fresh (or to taste) |
3 -4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. 1. Add spinach and water to blender. Puree. Add the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy. |
