1 cup plain yogurt |
2 cups diced cucumber |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, stir the yogurt, cucumber, cilantro, mint, and cumin until the yogurt is smooth and creamy; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover and chill before serving. |
