Its one of the healthiest salad and tasty too. Sometimes, simple is best. Ingredients:
2 large beets |
6 mint leaves |
1 cup nonfat yogurt |
Directions:
1. 2 large beets, cut into chunks and steamed.Set the beets to cool, while you cut. 2. 6 mint leaves very fine. 3. Mix with 1 Cup of plain, non-fat yogurt. 4. The yogurt will curdle if the beets are too hot. |
