Ingredients:
2 cups shelled fresh green peas (about 1 3/4 pounds) |
3/4 cup diced carrot |
2 teaspoons margarine |
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1/4 cup chopped green onions |
1 tablespoon minced fresh mint |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add peas and carrot; cook 10 minutes or until tender. Drain; set aside. 2. Melt margarine in pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and green onions; sauté 2 minutes. Add pea mixture, mint, and salt; sauté 2 minutes. |
