1 large can peaches in own juice, drain about half the juice |
2-3 cups vanilla yogurt, i use nonfat |
1 tsp dried mint flakes |
2 tbsp brown sugar |
1/4 cup peach schnops (if you like) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor, pulse till well mixed, leaving a few chunks is fine, refrigerate till serving. Ladle into bowls, and garnish with mint sprigs.... |
