Green peas replace chickpeas for this twist on traditional hummus. Add the mint and garlic for more flavor and give it a whirl in a blender or food processor. Ingredients:
2 cups frozen petite green peas, thawed |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup mint leaves |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon water |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
