Minted Mango and Jicama Salad

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons reduced-sugar orange marmalade
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 sliced peeled ripe mango
1 cup peeled jicama, 3 x 1/4-inch strips
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
2. Combine mango and jicama in a medium bowl. Drizzle juice mixture over mango mixture; toss gently to coat.
