Ingredients:
2 1/5 lb (1kg) lamb, ground |
1 large onion, peeled and grated |
25 g fresh breadcrumbs |
2 tsps dried mint |
1 salt |
1 black pepper |
2 tbsp corn oil |
Directions:
1. method 2. 1. Preheat a grill to a moderate heat. 3. 2. In a large bowl combine together the mince, onion, breadcrumbs and dried mint, season well. 4. 3. Shape into 8 flat patties, brush lightly with oil and grill for 8-10 minutes on each side. 5. 4. Lightly toast the burger buns, fill with the burgers, top with one of the chutneys and crisp iceberg lettuce. Serve immediately. |
