Ingredients:
3 pounds fresh green peas |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
2 to 3 fresh mint leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Shell and wash peas. Place in a 2-quart saucepan; add salted water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cover. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until peas are tender; drain. 2. Combine peas, butter, and mint; toss lightly to coat well. |
