Top angel food cake, vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt, or pancakes with this sweet salsa, or serve it with baked cinnamon pita chips. Make up to four hours ahead. Ingredients:
1 cup diced strawberries |
1 cup diced granny smith apples |
1 cup diced mango |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons orange marmalade |
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
garnish: fresh mint sprigs |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired. |
