2/3 cup fresh mint, chopped |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |

1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor until minced, stopping to scrape down sides. With processor running, add olive oil in a slow, steady stream until blended. |
