Fun recipe to make with your children. I prefer to double and sometimes triple this recipe for my daughter to take as a treat to school parties. Use shallow candy liners, but you can be festive with the shapes and also the colors of chocolate. You can substitute colored chocolate drops from any baking store in lieu of the chocolate squares you can purchase at a grocery store. Have fun with this one! Ingredients:
1 cup margarine |
2 cups powdered sugar |
4 milk chocolate squares, melted |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon peppermint extract |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. 3. Fill into candy liners. 4. Chill. |
