Wonderful on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
7 tea bags |
7 mint sprigs |
1 cup sugar |
1 quart boiling water |
3 1/4 cups water |
2 1/4 cups pineapple juice |
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted |

Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients. 2. Pour boiling water over tea mixture; cover and let stand 30 minutes. 3. Remove tea bags and mint sprigs; discard. 4. Transfer tea to a large pitcher, and add 3 1/4 cup water, pineapple juice, and lemonade concentrate; stir well. 5. Serve over ice. 6. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. |
