Lovely served with lamb Ingredients:
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar (i use malt) |
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Combine the water and sugar in small pot. 2. Stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. 3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and the mint. 5. Cool slightly and serve in a jug. |
