This is a nice tangy garnish for meats and veggies. We like it on pork chops. Ingredients:
1/2 cup coarsely chopped tomato |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup thinly sliced peeled radish |
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint |
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro |
1 clove garlic |
1 -2 fresh cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Place tomato and salt in blender. 2. Let stand for 10 minutes. 3. Add all remaining ingredients. 4. Puree until smooth. |
