I found this drink recipe in the October 2007 issue of Every Day with Rachael Ray. Ingredients:
ice cube |
1 fluid ounce white creme de menthe |
4 fluid ounces white creme de cacao |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 pepperidge farm mint milanos, for garnish |
fresh mint (optional) |
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. 2. Add the crème de menthe, crème de cacao and heavy cream and shake well. 3. Strain into 2 wine glasses or goblets. 4. Balance a cookie on top or place one inside each glass. 5. Add mint sprigs, if desired. |
