This recipe goes with Mango-Mint Lobster Rolls
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 to 1 rinsed red or green jalapeño chili (1-oz. size), minced
1 tablespoon asian fish sauce (nuoc mam or nam pla)
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, vinegar, mint, jalapeño chili (to taste), fish sauce, shallot, and garlic. If making up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill.
2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon.
