1/4 cup lime juice |
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves |
1/2 to 1 rinsed red or green jalapeño chili (1-oz. size), minced |
1 tablespoon asian fish sauce (nuoc mam or nam pla) |
1 tablespoon minced shallot |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, vinegar, mint, jalapeño chili (to taste), fish sauce, shallot, and garlic. If making up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill. 2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon. |
